Here is a comprehensive list of offline installers for the PLE plug-ins:
This article covers the following PLE plug-ins: Adobe Flash Player, Adobe Reader (for reading PDF files), Shockwave, and Shockwave Xtras.
It is intended for network administrators who want to install these plug-ins on multiple workstations, when setting up a ghost image, or when "pushing" out plug-ins via SSCD (Secure Signature Creation Device) and to maintain Active Directory and Group Policies.
Be sure to install all of these plug-ins as an administrator on the local workstation before ghosting.

Authorware Webplayer 2004 [Offline Installer Direct Link] [Web Installer IE] [Web Installer Netscape Compatible]
File Size for the offline installer direct link: 13.3 MB (14,028,800 bytes)
- Download the offline installer from the following page: Offline Installer Direct Link.
If the link to the offline installer is broken, please notify PLATO Support, then go to: http://www.adobe.com/shockwave/authorware/form/download/ and click the Download icon under Authorware Web Players for Windows > Authorware Web Player 2004.
- After downloading, unzip the files to the root of the C: drive: for example, C:\authorware_web_player.
NOTE: If the file is unzipped to the desktop, the installers will crash.
- The authorware_web_player folder contains two folders:
authorware_web_player_installers
authorware_web_player_runtime_and_manifest_files
The authorware_web_player_installers folder contains 2 executable files:
Internet Explorer Install: Authorware_ActiveX_Web_Player_Installer.exe
Netscape/FireFox Install: Authorware_Web_Player_Plugin.exe

NOTE: In order to use the Offline Installer, click the link above, download the ZIP file for the latest version, then extract the offline installer from within the ZIP file.

If the direct link offline installer is broken, please notify PLATO Support and follow this procedure:
- Click here: http://get.adobe.com/reader/otherversions/
- Select your OS (operating system) and Language from the page, then select Continue.
- Click Download.
- Look for the following: "Thank you. Your download will start automatically. If it does not start, click here to download."
