How to tell if you have all courseware CDs required to install courseware for a given PKG file

A package (.PKG) file contains data needed to install courseware on your Pathways system.  When you install it, using System Management > Courseware > Install Courseware, it will usually prompt you to insert one or more courseware CDs.  This document shows you which CDs you will need to have to install any of various courseware packages or individual courseware titles (components).

The document CDs for Pathways Active Courseware Packages.doc lists all of the courseware CDs that are required for reinstalling courseware packages on PLATO Pathways.

In addition to the courseware CDs listed in the document, you will also need a Courseware/License CD that contains the PKG with your courseware licenses. Once you start the installation of the PKG file, the process will prompt you to insert the courseware CDs. You will not need to install the CDs individually.

If you do not have all of the required CDs, please contact PLATO Support to request either selected CDs or a courseware reinstallation kit.
