PLATO eduTest Assessment Batch Enrollment Check Procedure:

 

Upon completion of the PLATO eduTest Assessment data batch enrollment, we recommend that you review your account and make necessary editing changes to ensure the data are correct.  The following steps will walk you through this procedure.

  1. Access PLATO eduTest Assessment at www.edutest.com.

  2. Enter your Client ID.



  3. Log in as a District Administrator.

  4. From the Main Menu, click Account Management.



  5. Click Search Classrooms.



  6. Leave Classroom Grade and School set to All, then click Continue.


Verify Classroom Descriptions


The Classrooms list will display.

 

 

Scroll through the list of classes and verify the following:

  • Classroom Descriptions are consistent in format
  • Classroom Descriptions correspond correctly to Classroom IDs
  • Schools are correct
  • Classroom Descriptions will be readily recognizable by your staff

Verify Classroom Rosters

 

  1. From a source outside eduTest, print the class rosters of five to ten classes to compare with the batch-enrolled data in eduTest to verify that the class contents are accurate.

  2. Scroll to each class and click View.  



  3. Verify the following in the Classroom Description:
  • An instructor is listed for each class
  • User IDs and Names follow the same naming convention
  • Alpha characters in the User IDs are lower-case
  • The number of users in the class correspond to your printed roster

Verify Logins and Passwords

 

  1. From the Classroom Information, click View to display individual User Information.



  2. Make a note of the User ID and Password.

  3. Repeat Steps 1 and 2 for several users, including instructors and students.

  4. If time permits, log out as the district administrator user and and log in as each user to ensure users can access the account

 

Editing Your Account

 

Refer to the Getting Started: District Database Management Quick Reference Card to make any editing changes needed.
