You don't know your Account Login or you enter your login information, but are unable to log in. One of these messages displays: "Invalid Account Log In", "Invalid PLATO Name", "Invalid Password". Where do you get your login information or get your password reset? |

Resolution
If you are unable to log in and need to get your account name or user name, or have your password reset:
Students: First, make sure you are at the correct URL (http://asalgebra.platoweb.com).
Contact your instructor to verify your login information and reset or clear your password if necessary. If your user ID does not exist, one will need to be created for you. Your teacher or administrator will be able to assist you. For security reasons, PLATO Support does not reset student passwords.
Note: If your site uses self-enrollment, your instructor or administrator can provide you with a self-enroll login and password that you will use to create your own individual login and password. You should not need to use the self-enroll name and password again after you have created your own name and password. For more information about how to self-enroll into AS Algebra, refer to this article.
Instructors: The student may been given two different login names with different assignments, possibly unintentionally. One of them may have an assignment and the other, none, or they may have two different assignments.
If you yourself are unable to log in, contact your Account Administrator to verify your login information and reset or clear your password if necessary.
Account Administrator: If you are unable to log in, contact another administrator to verify your login information and clear your password. If no administrator is available, contact PLATO Support:
