Issue Details You get this message: "Navigation to webpage was cancelled. Try to refresh" when you try to install the IM Web Client.

Resolution

In the system tray, right-click the McAfee VirusScan 2006 icon.

Select VirusScan, and then click Disable.

From the McAfee VirusScan dialog box, click Yes.

Note: When McAfee VirusScan 2006 is disabled, the icon in the system tray will turn black.

To re-enable McAfee VirusScan 2006, you can either restart your computer or perform steps one and two, selecting Enable.
