Resolution URL changed from www.pwln2.platoweb.com to www.platoweb01.com; enter your account number with 1- instead of 2- prefix

Issue Details You try to go to the URL www.pwln2.platoweb.com, or you enter a PWLN account number beginning with 2- or 02-, but it doesn't take you to the log in page. Instead, you get a message saying that the content has been moved to www.platoweb01.com.

Resolution

The URL for PWLN accounts beginning with a 2- or -02 has changed from http://www.pwln2.platoweb.com to http://www.platoweb01.com.
  • Update your bookmarks and delete cookies related to "platoweb.com" and ".platoweb01.com" if you experience any redirection issues.
  • Also, you now need to enter your account number with 1- instead of the 2- prefix going forward.

    Example: 2-2007936 becomes 1-2007936.
  • If you are a network administrator, and your firewall configuration allows traffic only to specified IP addresses, please update or add the following IP address ranges:

    63.241.29.0 - 63.241.29.127
    63.241.95.144 - 63.241.95.159
