A custom role has no option to end users' sessions (log learners out)

Issue Users with a custom role do not have an option to end users' sessions (log learners out).
Resolution Change the permission of the custom role to allow ending user sessions

Details

Resolution

  1. Log in as an administrator.
  2. Click account coordinator tools.
  3. Click roles and rights.
  4. Click Edit next to the custom role with the problem.
  5. Under Account Management, check View users logged into the account.
  6. Under User Management, check Logoff a user's session.
  7. Scroll down and click Submit.
