Blank white box displays when you try to launch iPCD3 lessons

Resolution

The Cisco PIX firewall is blocking the PWLN URL.   The PWLN URL can be extremely long. When a PIX firewall is configured to work with filtering software, long URLs are truncated by default.

An Internet or web filter, such as Websense or Cisco Content Filter, is blocking access to PWLN.

To prevent the platoweb.com/platoweb01.com URLs from passing through the filter (i.e. bypass the filter) and send them directly through the Cisco Pix Firewall, enter the following commands in the Cisco Pix Firewall configuration file:

Filter URL Except 0.0.0.0 0.0.0.0 63.241.29.0 255.255.255.0 Allow

(If you want to add the actual IPs individually and not the whole range they are 0 through 127)

Filter URL except http 0.0.0.0 0.0.0.0 0.0.0.0 0.0.0.0 longurl-truncate

NOTE: The line above includes four sets of four zeros each, with a space between each set.
