Unable to run Database Repair on Client-Hosted PLATO Web Learning

Issue When you try to run PWLNDBRU.EXE on a Paradox CHPWLN system, the following message displays: TUTIL32.DLL file is missing
Cause File TUTIL32.DLL is missing
Resolution Add the TUTIL32.DLL file

Details

Cause

On a new installation of CHPWLN v. 4.0 (not systems upgraded from a previous version), the file TUTIL32.DLL is not copied to the \WINNT\SYSTEM32 (Windows 2000 server) folder or \WINDOWS\SYSTEM32 (Windows 2003 server) folder.

Resolution

Place a copy of the file TUTIL32.DLL into the \WINNT\SYSTEM32 (Windows 2000 server) folder or \WINDOWS\SYSTEM32 (Windows 2003 server) folder on the server.

You can download the file from ftp://ftp.plato.com/Public/PWLN/Patches/tutil32.dll
