CHPWLN login page does not display on any workstations after initial server installation

Issue After the initial Client-Hosted PLATO Web Learning Network installation, the CHPWLN login page does not display on any workstations. Other ASP pages do not load, either.
Cause Active Server Page is not allowed in IIS
Resolution Allow Active Server Page in IIS

Details

Resolution

On a 2003 server:

1. Go to the Start Menu

2. Go to All Programs

3. Go to IIS

4. Click Web Service Extension

5. Change Active Server Page from "prohibit" to "allow"

6. Check "Unknown ASAPI pages" to make sure that it is set to "allow"

If it still doesn't work then call Support Services 800-869-2200
