Can times on student records and reports be adjusted for different time zones?

Issue Times in student performance data in Review Learner Performance and in reports are always recorded based on Central time, even for users in other time zones. Can they be adjusted for the site's local time zone?
Resolution PWLN uses Pacific Time in reports and student progress time stamps; times in reports cannot be changed

Resolution

PWLN reports and date/times in Review Learner Progress are in  Pacific Time. There is no option to adjust the timestamps printed in reports. When reading reports indicating timestamps, e.g. attendance reports, remember to add or subtract mentally the difference, if any, between your time zone and  Pacific Time.
