Issue You are missing PLATO courseware or licenses to which you are entitled, or you want to know how many licenses you have.
Resolution Contact PLATO Support to obtain reinstallation materials

Contact PLATO Support at 800.869.2200 or http://support.plato.com/email You can request just a PKG file to reinstall your courseware as long as you have all required courseware CDs or you can request a Pathways system reinstallation kit. This kit includes a courseware/license CD that contains a PKG file to reinstall courseware and a .LIC file to reinstall user licenses; system and courseware CDs; and instructions.
