ERROR: "You are already signed on at workstation: # - Log out at that workstation"

Resolution

On a network, the user might still be signed on at a workstation, or may have been unable to exit the program properly.   On a a standalone system, the user may have been unable to exit program improperly, which can happen if the Windows operating system locks up or generates certain errors.   If you're unable to exit the program properly or shut down Windows properly, you will not be logged out.

Reset or delete user's password or delete and recreate user:

Network users

1. Make sure that all workstations have closed the program.
   
2. If the problem is still not resolved, delete the learner's password, log out, log back in, and delete the learner.
   
3. If the problem is still not resolved, select the learner's name from the drop down list, and then enter a new password for the user.

Standalone users

1. Log in as an instructor on the workstation having the problem. Unless the password has been changed, the user name is instructor and the password is admin.
   
2. Select the learner's name from the drop down list.
   
3. Enter a new password for the user.
4. If the problem is still not resolved, try clearing other users' passwords to free up the licenses.
