Issue This message displays when you try to log into the system for the first time. It could also appear if you're trying to log back in a second time.
Cause Your session has not been released from the server or someone else is logged in as you
Resolution Re-enter your password

Resolution

Re-enter your password. That will also stop the previous session and make your session active. If you are still unable to log in, check with your school PLATO administrator to see if your password has been changed.
