ERROR: "It appears as though you are already logged in"

Issue Admin, teacher or student is logged on already and attempts to log on to PWLN on a different computer or another session on the same computer and gets "It appears as though you are already logged on" message.
Resolution Re-enter your password

Resolution

There are multiple reasons why you might get this message:  

  • Someone has logged in with your credentials.  
  • You may have logged off incorrectly previously (didn't click log off, computer turned off unexpectedly) and your session has not been released.
  • Your school administrator or instructor  may have reset your password.

Re-enter your password when prompted. That will also stop the previous session and make your session active. If re-entering your password doesn't work, then check with your school PLATO administrator or instructor to see if your password has been changed.
