Unable to run courseware installation or upgrade; your server must be at X.X version

Product Client-Hosted PLATO Web Learning Network
Issue After you start the installation of PLATO courseware, the following message displays: "Your server must be at 5.0. This update will exit. The update will not install on the 4.0 or older system."
Cause PLATO Course Wrappers can not be installed on older versions of CHPWLN
Resolution Upgrade your Client-Hosted PLATO Web Learning Network to 5.1 and run latest patch
