iPCD3 lessons (e.g. Writing Series, Data Skills) don't run; "Click here" screen displays

Issue When you try to run iPCD3 courseware (e.g. Writing Series, Data Skills), the "Click here" screen displays, and you are unable to continue. Courseware that uses Flash functions normally.
Cause The "PLATO Courseware Launcher" service or the PLATO iPLATO dispatcher service has failed
Resolution Restart PLATO Courseware Launcher and iPLATO Dispatcher service; contact teacher if you're a student

Resolution

System administrator: Restart the two services on the PLATO server. Follow these steps at the web server:

1. Go to Administrator Tools and click on Services.

2. Right-click on PLATO Courseware Launcher and then click Restart.

3. Right-click on PLATO iPLATO Dispatcher and then click Restart.

Try running PLATO courseware again; the problem should no longer occur.

If that doesn't work, restart all the services or reboot the server(s).
