Issue Error 2002: "Access Denied. You are not authorized to access this report." displays when you attempt to view an administrative classroom report. The following message also displays: "Access Denied. You are not authorized to access this report."
Resolution Reports for the deleted classroom are no longer available

Resolution

This may appear when the classroom has been deleted from the database. Classrooms cannot be recreated after being deleted, so reports for this classroom will no longer be available.
