How to view the PLATO Classroom Edition User's Guide and Curriculum Guides

Viewing the PLATO Learning Desktop Classroom Edition User's Guide and Curriculum Guides from the CD-ROM:

1. Insert the PLATO Learning CD-ROM.
   
   
2. From the Windows desktop, click My Computer.   The contents of My Computer will display.
   
   
3. Double click your CD-ROM drive.   The contents of the CD-ROM will display.
   
   
4. Click seeguide.   The Seeguide viewer application opens.
   
   
5. Click the guide you wish to view.
   
   

About Curriculum Guides:

Curriculum guides provide important educational information about the PLATO Learning product you have purchased, such as its scope and sequence.

You will be able to view the guides once you install the program. The guides appear as menu items under the product title on the PLATO Learning Desktop Menu.   Only instructors can view curriculum guides from the menus so be sure to sign on as instructor.   See the PLATO Learning Desktop Classroom Edition User's Guide on the CD-ROM for more information about signing on.

You can see more information about the guides by clicking About this Product under your title on the PLATO Learning Desktop Menu.   Curriculum Guides for some Data Skills and Communication packages include required student materials.   Permission is granted to print and reproduce them when used with the PLATO Learning products.

Curriculum Guides for all Trigonometry and Algebra packages in the Mathematics series include optional student worksheets.   You have permission to print and reproduce them when used with the PLATO Learning product.   Answer keys are included.
