ERROR: "Unable to initialize Pathways database"

Cause	The USERS.DB file is missing or corrupt
Resolution	Repair or replace missing USERS.DB file

Resolution

If the users.db file is missing from a networked workstation's windows\pway\db or winnt\pway\db folder but the users.db file is not missing from the main \pwaydb\user folder on the network server, you can run the Warehouse Rebuilder, whbldr.exe, to solve the problem.
