CHPWLN Admin: Can't log in; how to get account number, user name, group name, or password

Issue How do you find your Client-Hosted PWLN account number, administrator user name, or password, if you have lost or forgotten it and have no other administrator to reset it for you?
Cause You have forgotten your password and need to have it reset
Resolution CHPWLN Admin: If no other admin available, contact PLATO Support for account #, user name, group name, or password

Resolution

If you are an administrator and need to find out your account number, PLATO name, group name, or password, or to clear your password, contact another Client-Hosted PWLN administrator.

If no other administrator exists or is available, contact PLATO Support to provide this information or to clear your password.

(If you have already contacted PLATO Support about this issue, then you should have received the necessary login information.)
