PLE login page keeps reappearing

Product PLATO Learning Environment (PLE)
Issue The login screen keeps flashing when you are trying to log in, run administrative tasks, or run lessons. If you click the login screen repeatedly you can log in. When you try to launch a course, it will kick you out and bring you back to the login screen.
Resolution Disable Content Advisor in Internet Explorer

Resolution

Disable Internet Explorer Content Advisor:

  1. Log out of PLE.

  2. Within the Internet Explorer window, click on the Tools menu, then click Internet Options.

  3. Click the Content tab and then the Disable button.

  4. In the Password box, type your Content Advisor password, then click OK.

  5. Log back in to PLE.

If you do not know or remember your Content Advisor password, contact any other user of the computer who may know it.   Contact PLATO Support if you are still unable to get the password.
