ERROR: "Invalid UserID...(DBSQL 6121) Click here to try again"

Resolution

If your login information is not accepted:

• Verify that you are typing in your PLATO name, group name, and password correctly. Check the spelling and any spaces or extra characters, remembering that the password is case sensitive.
  
• Make sure the Caps Lock key on your keyboard is not turned on. If you are entering numeric characters, make sure your Num Lock key is turned on.
  
• Verify that you are using the correct account number.
  
• If you are logging in for the first time and you were not given a password, leave the password field blank and click Send. The next screen will prompt you to choose a password.

If you are entering the login information as given by your PLATO Administrator or instructor and the message continues to display, contact your PLATO Administrator or instructor. They can verify that you are entering the correct info and clear your password if needed. After your password is cleared, leave the password field blank when you try to log in. The next screen will prompt you to choose a new password.
