Resolution

  1. Log into PWLN as an administrator or group coordinator.
  2. Click the Group Tools link on the administrator home page. The "Group Tools" page appears.
  3. Click the name of the group that the user is a member of. The "Edit Group" page appears.
  4. Click the Group Members link. The "Group Members" page appears.
  5. Click the name of the user. The "Edit User" page appears.
  6. Click the Review Learner Performance link. The "Performance Review" page for the selected user appears.
  7. Click the link for the activity.
  8. Navigate through the links for all the sub-activities, until you get to the last level for the tutorial, drill, or mastery test.
  9. Select the box next to the red padlock to clear the check mark from the box.

When the padlock box is checked, the status of the tutorial, drill, or test is "locked." When the box is not checked, the status is "unlocked."

Note that the Lock Tries and Reset Lock Tries fields should be ignored. Also, the number of Tries is only tracked for individual lessons (learning activities) and is always zero for learning paths (menus).

What do I do if the activity does not show up on the "Performance Review" page?

The default activities that display are under the category Review only started activities. If the activity you are looking for does not display, it may not have registered as started. Click Review all activities.
