ERROR: "Director Player error - Script error - continue?" running Focus student report

Details

Resolution

1. Get the import_plato.exe and focus_order_fix.sql files from PLATO Support.
2. Have all users log out of Focus.
3. At the Windows server's command prompt, enter the following command to back up the Focus database:
   
   mysqldump --opt -u root --password=PlaTo1Foc23 focusadmindb > c:\\mysql\\focusbackup\\focus-backup.sql
   

4. Put the attached files into a folder on the server.

5. Click Start > Run > cmd to bring up a command prompt at the server.

6. Change to the folder and enter:
   

   import_plato focus_order_fix.sql

This will restore the order for the phonemes back to its default values. If the order of the phonemes was changed from the default, any new students created after implementing this fix will use this default order. Existing students will use whatever phoneme order was assigned to them.
