Details

Resolution

A PLATO Course online Pretest, Posttest, or End of Semester Test can normally be completed only once by a student.   A student who launches a completed test will see a report instead of the test itself.   It can be retaken, however, if a teacher or administrator resets the status to Not Started.   A student cannot reset any of these tests on his/her own.

If a teacher resets the student's status on a PLATO Course v. 2 test to Not Started, the student can retake the test. This will reset the student's score on that test to 0 (zero). A report will include only the most recent score; the previous score will not be retained or averaged in.
