Foundational Mathematics is missing from Learning Resource Tools after installation

Issue Foundational Mathematics is missing from Learning Resource Tools after installation.
Cause Courseware was installed on the server by a user with insufficient rights or permissions to the server
Resolution Reinstall Foundational Mathematics - multi-server (SQL server) environment

Details

Resolution

  1. Foundational Mathematics must be installed on the data (SQL) server first, and then the web server.

    1. Make sure you have local machine administrator rights to each server that will be running Foundational Mathematics.
    2. Log on to the data (SQL) server with local machine administrator rights.
    3. Install Foundational Mathematics on the data server.
    4. Log on to the Web server with local machine administrator rights.
    5. Install Foundational Mathematics on the Web server.
