ERROR: "System has detected that another user has locked the activity"; you cannot delete activity or view properties

Issue When you try to delete or view the properties of a custom activity in Learning Resource Management, you cannot do either, but instead the following message displays: "System has detected that another user has locked the activity."
Cause ACTIVITY.TRO in use or corrupt
Resolution Delete ACTIVITY.TRO from PWAY folder

Resolution

Delete the ACTIVITY.TRO file from the PWAY folder on the server. It will be recreated automatically as needed.
