How to find out date and settings for previous year's eduTest year-end closeout

Resolution

To view information about the previous year's closeout:

  1. Log in as a District Administrator.   (If you are a user with another role, contact a District Administrator to get the information.)
  2. From the Account Management menu, select View Previous End-of-School-Year Data Management.

    The school year and closeout date are shown.
  3. To view the settings that were used for the closeout, click View.   You will see the end-of-school-year data management questions and selections that were made.   If an export CD was requested, the information about the requester is included.
