Cause Hardware or graphics acceleration is turned off
Resolution Enable hardware acceleration

Resolution

Make sure hardware or graphics acceleration is enabled by following these steps:
  1. Click Start > Control Panel > Display.
  2. Click the General tab > click Advanced > click the Troubleshoot tab.
  3. Move the "Hardware acceleration" pointer to Full.
  4. Click OK.
