ERROR: Cannot authenticate user on eduTest

Product eduTest Assessment
Issue Teacher selects assessment on the administrator menu to sign on to K-12 Assessment and the following message displays: "Cannot authenticate user on eduTest. Please wait and try again later. If the problem persists, please contact your administrator."
Cause PLATO Name for teacher exists already in PWLN
Resolution If two identical PLATO names in same school, delete one and recreate using a unique name

Resolution

If the PLATO eduTest user type is blank on the user's detail screen (Change Assignment is at the top of the list), then select change this information and then Send. This will set the PLATO eduTest user type to the default value of Instructor and will add the user to PLATO eduTest .
