Resolution

Key violations during report consolidation are produced by null (invalid or undefined) values in the key fields of EVENT and PERFORM tables.

Follow the procedures below to run the User Table Fix Tool (WCMIUTFT.EXE):

  1. If you do not have a recent backup of PLATO Pathways, back up all the files and subfolders in the \PWAY\DB and \PWAYPRIVDB folders.
  2. Run the User Repair Utility on the User ID that had the problem. (See Run the User Database Repair Utility (WCMIUDBR.EXE).
  3. Obtain the User Table Fix Tool - WCMIUTFT.EXE.

If you have PLATO Pathways 4.1.X or higher, the User Table Fix Tool is located in the \PWAY\BIN folder of the drive PLATO Pathways is installed on.

If you have PLATO Pathways 4.0, you can download the User Table Fix Tool from the PLATO Support web site.

After you download the User Table Fix Tool, copy it into the \PWAY\BIN folder of your PLATO Pathways sytem.

  4. Open the \PWAY\BIN folder, and then double-click WCMIUTFT.EXE.
  5. Click OK to begin running the User Table Fix Tool.

A progress bar displays and the fix tool starts to check user database tables.

NOTE: If needed, you can abort this process at any time.

  6. When the User Table Fix Tool is finished, the results display in a window.

You can view detailed results in the UTFTRUN.LOG in the \PWAY\LOGS\UTFT folder.
